ABOUT THE PATHOGEN PRO SYSTEM

The system utilizes unique EPA registered products together to create an amazing disinfectant and an invisible, water-based antimicrobial coating system that is easy to apply and designed to be used on a wide variety of surfaces. This is an amazing system that’s easy to sell and cost effective.

Once disinfected, we treat the surface with our patented antimicrobial coating that provides an invisible, long lasting microbiostatic layer that will reduce and inhibit microbial activity on a treated surface. The purpose of our product is to impart these surfaces with bacteriostatic properties in order to help protect against cross contamination, inherently lessening the likelihood of microorganisms living on treated objects.

How to sell the Pathogen Pro System.

When selling a client a Pathogen Pro system or install you are essentially selling peace of mind - it’s important to know the claims you can make. Adding antimicrobial properties to a wide variety of surfaces is an attractive addition to any facility owner/operator. The goal of the Pathogen Pro system is to create a safer environment for everyone by protecting the things around us by working to prevent cross contamination of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Pathogen Pro is a preventative product that produces amazing results.

The Pathogen Pro system not only kills germs, viruses, and other harmful pathogens, but also leaves behind an antimicrobial layer that has long-lasting residual effects. This aids in the prevention of cross contamination occurring in your facility.

Installation Guide

The Pathogen Pro system combines an EPA registered disinfectant with an EPA registered antimicrobial coating that provides a long lasting protection from many microorganisms. This system can be used in conjunction with the IRSP to communicate to your clients and their clients that proactive steps are being taken!

Preparation of System

NEEDED:

+ 2 32 oz spray bottles
+ Water Source
+ Protective Mask, Gloves, and Eyewear REQUIRED
+ Fogger (optional)
+ Electrostatic Sprayer (optional)

DISINFECTANT:

1 Tablet = 1 32oz bottle of a serious, COVID-19 killing, EPA approved disinfectant

Before application of our surface protectant, it is recommended that it be treated with our EPA registered disinfectant, Dutrion, prior to application. When mixed with water, Dutrion forms a disinfectant (CIO2) with the ability to destroy or eliminate almost all forms of microbial life including viruses, germs, and almost all forms of bacteria and their spores (see PDF for more info). To date, no organism has proven to be resistant to ClO2 - this is a serious solution.

Apply to the surface and let the product sit for 5 minutes on hard surfaces for the most effective results. In cases where you are applying to mold, odorous surfaces, mildew or fungus make sure to rinse with water after 5 min.

Dutrion is registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA 89492-2), NSF International (NSF-60) and Organic Material Review Institute (OMRI) as a disinfectant, sanitizer, fungistatic, mildewstat, biocide, deodorizer, slimicide, algaestat, and descaler.

MIXTURE INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: Fill a 32oz container for your solution with exactly the amount of room temperature tap water.

Step 2: Add the tablet in the foil package to the 32oz of water in the container. Be careful not to inhale above open packages and do not inhale above an open container of the disinfectant. Close the container quickly and tightly. Do not stir or mix the water or shake the container according to timetable instructions:

Step 3: After reaction time (roughly 2-3 minutes); shake the small containers gently, or stir/mix larger containers slowly. Your solution is now ready to use!

Step 4: Spray liberally and let it dwell for 4-5 minutes. Wipe excess product.

Always be aware of CIO2 fumes during the mixing process.

Do NOT fog or use Dutrion in an Electrostatic Sprayer.

ANTIMICROBIAL CONCENTRATE:

Our antimicrobial coating brings your clients peace of mind. This concentrate produces a durable microbiostatic coating on a broad range of surfaces. It is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative odor-causing bacteria, fungi, algae and yeasts to protect treated surfaces. This product is water-based and environmentally-friendly. We recommend reapplication every 90 days on all surfaces and every 30 days on high traffic surfaces.

Mixture Instructions:

Trisil concentrate is made to be a mixed 1 part product, 6.5 parts water. You can use normal tap water to mix. “Swirl” the bottle for 30 seconds to blend the solution.

DILUTION RATIO 6.5 PARTS WATER : 1 PART CHEMICAL

Example:
5 oz of product in a 32oz spray bottle
20oz of product in a 1 gallon container.

Blending:
Our concentrate is made to be a mixed 1 part product, 6 parts water. You can use normal tap water to mix. “Swirl” the bottle for 30 seconds to blend the solution.

INSTALLATION OF ANTIMICROBIAL COATING

Handheld Sprayer - Mist all desired surfaces. Let sit for 3 minutes minimum. Wipe off excess product. Wipe off excess product if a perfect finish is required.

Fogger - Pour solution into fogger. Adjust mist to desired level, apply on all desired surfaces. Wipe off excess product if a perfect finish is required.

Electrostatic Sprayer - This is the most efficient method of application that provides the most coverage. Set the machine to desired settings, mist on all applicable surfaces.
